KATIE PORTER

As owner and operator, I began following my passion of working in the construction industry in my early teen years, my first job being on the Cross Town Parkway bridge projects in Port Saint Lucie, FL.

I have started at the bottom and held an array of positions to this point. I received a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of West Florida in 2012 and my Florida Certified General Contractors License in 2017. I have been recruited by some of the most recognized national and international construction companies in the industry.  My education and on-site experience have given me the ability of traveling and working throughout the state of Florida.

The construction industry is full of some very talented people, but also consists of some very hazardous ones. I feel my strongest ability is building a cohesive team of experts in their related fields and building a sense of pride that will carry through every detail of your project. I am very passionate about the reputation of KAPCON because it is a reflection of myself. I am dedicated to turning your building dreams into reality.
